Auction Terms & Conditions IMPORTANT: We do not sell firearms out of state. Not even to Federal Firearms Licensed dealers (FFL). We follow all state and federal laws as well as our policy. Yes, even antique firearms we keep records. When you pick up, we will require that you have proper identification. Your ID must have a Virginina address and match the other information you have given us. WE DO NOT SHIP
Cash or bank cards. Checks must be pre-approved by us PRIOR to bidding and drawn on a Virginia bank. There is a 15% buyers premium, discounted to 10% if you pay in cash at time of pick up.
We will not charge your bank card UNLESS you do not pick up your items. You may pay at the time of pick up by most any bank card, cash or pre-approved check.
We sell locally. This means be prepared to pay Virginia sales tax on your purchase even if you live in another state. Selling "AS IS-WHERE IS" and all sales are final. There is not warranty on any thing we sell by the auction company or seller. If there should be an item that has a factory warranty, that is between the new owner and the manufacturer.
Pick up is Saturday July 6th, 9AM-3PM. This is important as the real estate has sold and we must make way for the new owners. Bring your own packing, boxes and help to load heavy items.

We are auctioneers. We are not authenticators. We do our best to describe a certain lotted item based on experience, written information, family history, etc. It is ultimately your responsibility to determine what an item is, its value and the intended use or repurpose use.
Auction company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The auction company may bid for the seller or own its own behalf or the employees may be on items they have an interest

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY ITEMS?
Auction lots not pick-up at the arranged time will be considered abandoned. We understand things happen and you may have to make arrangements. You need to do this ahead of time. Recently, we had an excuse for no show for pick up because he had a golf match. We love golf too, but business-is-business. YOU WILL BE CHARGED for your ticket plus $25.00 administration fee per lot, plus disposal fees. This is not a game. Our client is expecting payment and we will collect.
